About European Research Day

European Research Day (ERD) is an event where European and non-European researchers meet, discuss and exchange concepts about their research projects, professional and personal experience in their respective diasporas and overall career paths. It also presents a unique networking opportunity through which they can meet researchers from their current regions to advance in their careers and explore opportunities to collaborate.

In 2017, EURAXESS North America is partnering with Google and DISCOVERY. This one-day event will celebrate and promote Europe as a hub for research and innovation through strategic interdisciplinary training workshops with the overarching theme being ‘Research Career Development’.
